Our cloud solution supports you perfectly and gives you secure access to your files, contacts, and calendars — fully GDPR-compliant and operated exclusively on servers in Germany.
Your own cloud instance
You get your own instance of the well-known Nextcloud software. Your company’s data is securely isolated from other customers and only accessible to your staff.
We can enable additional apps in your instance based on your needs, extending the functionality of your cloud.
If required, data from other Nextcloud instances can be integrated — for example, to enable collaboration between two companies.
Store your data
The core function of a cloud: store data — securely and yet accessible from anywhere, and easily shareable when needed.
Each of your employees can be assigned an individual storage quota. Files are available at any time via the web interface, client app, or WebDAV.
Individual files or folders can be shared within your cloud, with other clouds, or via link with external users. You decide which permissions apply to each share (read, write, …).
Manage your contacts
Manage contacts centrally without sharing them with big tech companies. Your contacts remain truly yours.
Via CardDAV you can integrate your cloud contacts on many devices and in various software solutions so everything is automatically synchronized between your devices and the cloud.
Contacts maintained by one user in your cloud can be shared with others. For example, one employee manages contacts centrally so all colleagues can access them.
Manage your calendars
Just like contacts, you can manage appointments directly in the cloud and synchronize them with your devices and software via CalDAV.
Create as many calendars as you like to organize your appointments — per person, for teams, or shared with specific groups.
Edit office documents
Using the office apps integrated into the cloud, you can edit documents directly in the browser — no download and re-upload required.
The special part: multiple people can work on a file at the same time. Everyone sees where others are editing and changes are synchronized live.
Simple and secure digital communication
The cloud provides a foundation for simple, secure, and centralized communication in your company. All data and messages are encrypted in transit between devices and the cloud.
Messenger
The integrated chat makes internal communication easy and secure.
You get familiar features such as sending files, voice messages, or reacting with emojis. Files from the cloud can be linked directly in chats. Create group conversations and invite specific employees or external people.
Video conferencing
As an optional add-on we offer professional video conferencing via the cloud.

If you use several of our services, you benefit from our Single Sign-On (SSO).
Each employee has one central account used to sign in to most of our services. No more separate passwords per service — just one. With that you can log into the cloud, cryForms, or the ticketing tool.
Two-factor authentication is available for additional security.

Add-ons and scalability
Your cloud instance can be expanded via apps — often without extra cost. Need more storage? No problem. You can book virtually any amount and distribute it across users.
We also offer low-cost storage from €14.99 / month / TiB that can be integrated into the cloud. Note: this storage is explicitly without backups and may be a bit slower.

FAQ
Can I connect the cloud directly on my PC, smartphone, or tablet?
Yes, usually without issues. On Windows, Linux, and macOS you can sync files via the Nextcloud Files app (local copies), or mount live via WebDAV to work directly on cloud data.
Is there an app for chat?
Yes. The Nextcloud Talk app is available for all major systems and works seamlessly with your cloud — including chat and video conferencing.
Can I collaborate with people outside my company?
Absolutely. You can share files, folders, chats, and video conferences with external people and define permissions.
Can I use video conferencing without a cloud?
No — a cloud instance is required, as the feature is built on the cloud.
What happens if the maximum number of connections is exceeded in a conference?
Once the purchased maximum is reached, new participants can’t join and will see an error message. Existing connections remain active; ongoing conferences aren’t interrupted. Each join counts as one connection.
When are cloud updates installed?
Regular updates are typically installed on the first Saturday of each month. Urgent updates may be applied earlier. During updates, your cloud is briefly unavailable — usually only a few minutes.
