If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Why is there no VAT shown on my invoice?

We are a small business and are subject to the small business regulation pursuant to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). This means that we do not show VAT on our invoices and therefore do not have to pay it.
All prices are therefore final prices without additional VAT.

How are invoices issued?

Invoices are usually issued monthly, at the end of each month. The invoice will be sent to you by email and contains all relevant information about the billed services.
Payment is usually due within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently only accept payments via SEPA bank transfer. Payments by credit card, PayPal, or other methods are not possible at the moment.
You can find the bank details for the transfer on the invoice you receive by email.

For larger amounts or individual arrangements, other payment methods may also be considered. Please contact us regarding this.

Where are the servers that store customer data located?

All our servers are operated exclusively in Germany and the EU and meet the strict requirements of the GDPR.
Customer data is stored only on servers in large data centers in Falkenstein and Nuremberg. Backups of customer data are stored on additional servers in Germany; for data security reasons, we do not disclose the exact location here.

When and how are backups performed?

Backups of all data are usually performed automatically every day between 02:00 and 04:00.
Backups are stored on dedicated backup servers located in geographically different locations and are retained for up to 6 months.

When do maintenance windows occur?

Maintenance work, possibly accompanied by a short service downtime, takes place automatically every Monday between 04:00 and 05:30. Downtime in these cases is usually less than one minute.
In addition, more extensive maintenance work on all systems and services is carried out monthly, always on the first Saturday of the month. Downtime during the monthly maintenance may last several minutes and, in exceptional cases, up to one hour.
Data such as emails or submitted forms will of course not be lost.

Where can I check the status of the services?

You can view the current status of our services at any time on our Server Status page. There you will find an overview of the current state of all servers and services.
